Feature
Brown Aluminum Oxide Granules has good crystallization, well toughness, low linear expansion coefficient, corrosion resistance.
It consists almost entirely of aluminum oxide and is almost iron-free. Brown fused alumina is less pure than white fused alumina. The special composition of this angular mineral makes it extremely stable. It is also both hard and tough. Brown fused alumina is primarily used as a blasting medium and in floorings, for example, Grit Blasting and Surface Cleaning. It belongs to the group of fused alumina.

Brown Fused Alumina(FAQ)
Form and shape of the abrasive:
This decision is made by determining how the abrasive will be used by the individual. Abrasives are sold in forms such as sheets, large/small discs, belts, and large/small rolls. Selecting the right form is determined by whether the abrasive will be used for hand. sanding, applied to a large disc
What is a mesh vs. Grit size?
If you take a (1) inch space and add wires to it, the number of openings within the 1″ space is defined as mesh. For example, if the 1″ space has ten openings for particles to fall through, then that sieve would be called a 10 mesh sieve. Typical sieve
What is the hardness?
Hardness is rated from A-Z with 'A' being the weakest bond and 'Z' being the strongest. A weak bond is preferred for grinding harder materials while a stronger bond is desired for softer materials. A typical weak bond for steel would be in the 'F, G or H' range. A
Can you customized quality, size, package according to customer?
Yes, of course. The OEM is available. We will do the creation in your requirement and make your image come true.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends. on the items and the quantity of your order.
What is a silane coating used for?
When functionalizing fused alumina, a very thin layer of a silane adsorption group is applied to the fused alumina particles. This organic surface coating has the effect of better embedding and increased scratch resistance in a melamine resin matrix.
